We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer who can take the reins in visioning, creating, testing, and launching new product experiences.

The breadth and scope of work spans visual design,
design systems, and UX.

What are we looking for? We are not
looking for a unicorn.

  • Extensive experience and track record working on end-to-end product design.

  • A compelling portfolio that demonstrates high-quality design work, strategic thinking, and storytelling.

  • Expertise in Figma and other tools for generating wireframes, designs, prototypes, and specifications.

  • Expert-level understanding of design systems and working with Figma components across multi-product environments.

  • Proven skills in stakeholder management and visual storytelling.

  • Expertise in designing experiences on mobile platforms (iOS / Android).

  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.

  • Interest in the real estate industry.

Interview process

We want to get to know you, hear about what you're interested in, and learn about what you hope to do in the future.

1. Meet us and learn about Luxury Presence

You'll first talk to Joana or Stefan on a 30-minute call; you won't need to prepare anything beforehand. This conversation aims to get to know you and mutually explore if we might be a good fit for each other. You'll learn more about Luxury Presence and have a chance to ask any questions about our company, team culture, and product.

If we're both excited to continue, we'll send along information about the company you can go through on your own time. We can also introduce you to other people in the company if you are curious to have different perspectives.

2. Portfolio review and 1:1’s

We will ask you to prepare a presentation to our team that covers 1-2 projects. We'd love to understand your process, how you tackle problems, and the final work and outcome.

Following that review, you will meet 1:1 with a few members of the team (PMs, engineers, and other designers) that you will be working closely with in this role.

3. Reference conversations

We will talk to a few people you've worked with before to learn more about how we can best work with you. We expect to hear great things, so this is primarily so we can work with you as effectively as possible.
