Interviews • 3x 45min

You’ll have 1:1 meetings with key stakeholders from Engineering, Product Management, and Design Leadership, as well as with the Design Team that will report to you. These sessions will provide an opportunity for open dialogue and questions, but will primarily focus on hands-on case studies. As an example: instead of asking you how you provide feedback and conduct Design Crits, we will ask you to provide feedback and critique work. The exercise will allow us to assess your problem-solving approach and how you collaborate across functions.

What we'll dig in

  • How you provide and receive feedback

  • How you break down strategy into tactical units of work

  • Technical skills and best practices that would help you guide the team around design systems, research, creating intuitive experiences
