Presentation • 1h
You will present two projects you’ve led, showcasing your process, problem-solving skills, and final outcomes. We’ll evaluate your craft, product thinking, and how you’ve led teams to ship impactful work.
Audience
Our Design leadership team, PMs, lead engineers, and other designers will be in attendance.
Time management
Budget ~45min for the presentation, and ~15min for Q&A at the end.
Tips
Storytelling and visual craft of the presentation matter.
Feel free to send a link to your deck or a Loom ahead of time, and we can provide feedback. This is not mandatory, but we are happy to help you feel prepared.
Interviews • 3x 45min
You’ll have 1:1 meetings with key stakeholders from Engineering, Product Management, and Design Leadership, as well as with the Design Team that will report to you. These sessions will provide an opportunity for open dialogue and questions, but will primarily focus on hands-on case studies. As an example: instead of asking you how you provide feedback and conduct Design Crits, we will ask you to provide feedback and critique work. The exercise will allow us to assess your problem-solving approach and how you collaborate across functions.
What we'll dig in
How you provide and receive feedback
How you break down strategy into tactical units of work
Technical skills and best practices that would help you guide the team around design systems, research, creating intuitive experiences
Wrap-up • 15min
We will check in with you at the end of the process, answer any questions you may have, and discuss next steps.
What comes next?
The final step of our interview process is reference calls. We will follow up with you over email requesting 3 references.
Thanks!
